Human Resources Information System Administration
- Implement data entry in HRIS system is up to date and accurate.
- Maintain works to ensure that all administration required to process payroll is executed in the most efficient and timely manner
- Administer the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems related to talent management operations.
- Implement a monthly payroll run (payroll processing)
Maintain all data entry (attendance, vacations, overtime, spot bonuses, recruitment information, and others) relating to payroll and all information is accurate and timely entered and processed on the payroll system. Undertake works to ensure the process of transferring employees is managed in adherence to Human Capital processes and procedures End of service benefits- Perform end-of-service benefits for resigned are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all statutory pay-outs are taken into consideration while processing the final settlement pay-out.
- Conduct an investigation and inquiry process when an employee is involved in misconduct and recommend disciplinary action to be taken commensurate with the gravity of the misconduct.
- Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and GCAA policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee concerns and proactively identifying factors that could impact employee retention
- Support the team in data management for preparation of timely and accurate departmental MIS statements and reports of Payroll Department.
- Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards
- Perform additional tasks relevant to the role/area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
