We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary processing for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, process, and manage monthly payroll for employees
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances
- Maintain payroll records and employee salary data
- Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, resignations, and salary updates
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
- Handle employee payroll-related inquiries professionally
- Proven experience in payroll or accounting is a must
- Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience using payroll systems and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
