HR Recruiter -Contracting

We are seeking an experienced and well‑organised HR Recruiter with mandatory experience in Building Construction companies in the UAE to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations. The role requires close coordination with management, PROs, and site teams to ensure smooth HR recruitment processes.

Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for building construction roles, including:

• Project Engineers
• Site Engineers
• Planning Engineers
• QA/QC Engineers
• Supervisors
• Foremen
• Charge hands
• Skilled & Unskilled Labour
• Storekeepers
• Timekeepers
• Admin and Support Staff

• Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Teams on manpower planning, job descriptions, and mobilisation timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals (Linked In, Naukri, Indeed), referrals, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
• Conduct HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with site/project teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower status reports, and joining forecasts.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and follow up on mobilisation and joining.

• Manage onboarding for office and site staff, including document verification and joining formalities.
• Coordination with the PRO Dept for visa formalities.
• Coordinate with the accommodation in charge and site deployment.
• Track probation periods and coordinate confirmations or extensions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as HR Recruiter.
• Mandatory experience in Building Construction companies.
• Strong coordination skills with site & project teams.
• Ability to handle high‑volume manpower.
• Excellent documentation and compliance discipline.
• Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and attendance systems.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.
