- Develop and implement Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies.
- Design career management frameworks and succession planning policies.
- Execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent.
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend annual training budgets.
- Monitor implementation of career paths and talent initiatives.
- Assess readiness of successors and link development needs to L&D plans.
- Collaborate with consultants and training providers for programme delivery.
Key prerequisites include:
- Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations.
- At least 5 years within an L&D department for 400+ employees.
- Proven experience in competency frameworks, career development, succession planning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred.
