HR Manager

The Role We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our company. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. Key responsibilities include :

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Developing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
• Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Leading performance management and training initiatives.
• Preparing HR reports, manpower planning, and audits.
• Collaborating with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
