MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide effective human resources support and guidance to the allocated business unit to ensure the achievement of company objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- Support and guide the management of employee relations in the workplace (discipline and grievances)
- Provide general operational support to the team in the HR department, including ERP related administrative functions
- Manange the effective onboarding and offboarding processes and related queries
- Support and guide the team with visa and license administrative respronsibilities
- Actively participate and support the recruitment and selection process
- Monitor and guide the Physician credentialing process for the business unit
A relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years' relevant experience in a human resources related environment
Training and development will be provided to qualifying UAE Nationals with no relevant work experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Application of project management principles
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and skilled in the use of spreadsheet analysis techniques
- Financial management principles
