Role SummaryThe People & Organisation Coordinator supports the HCBP in delivering day‑to‑day HR operations. The role focuses on employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, off‑boarding, HR coordination, employee records, Emiratization tracking, and engagement initiatives. It acts as a key point of contact for employees, works closely with shared services and government relations teams, and ensures accurate tracking, compliance and smooth people operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities(Role Profile)
- Support the HCBP in managing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, off‑boarding and employee movements across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment.
- Coordinate with shared services teams (Recruitment, Lifecycle, GRD) to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements, documentation and government processes.
- Conduct orientation and EMPOWERED framework sessions for new joiners, delivering training materials in collaboration with the L&D team.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR trackers covering new hires, exits, promotions, salary changes, investigations and other people activities.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures and benefits.
- Support employee relations activities, including attending investigations, processing RODs and assisting with investigation reports and NAVEX actions.
- Monitor Emiratization targets (MOHRE and internal), Platforms expiry dates and compliance requirements to mitigate risks and penalties.
- Support employee engagement, training coordination and people initiatives, contributing to a positive and high‑performance workplace culture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or HR experience.
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office/Excel trackers.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Arabic.
- High level of confidentiality, attention to detail and process orientation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
