ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for executing strategies to attract, source, and select high-quality talent that supports the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
ROLE PROFILE- Lead sourcing efforts by developing talent acquisition strategies, managing advertising, and ensuring timely CV screening to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Source and attract external candidates for current and future roles through effective channels and maintain a positive MAF Retail employer image.
- Manage candidate assessments, including aptitude and psychological tests, and oversee interview scheduling.
- Identify, manage, and evaluate external recruitment agencies and overseas vendors, including contract renewals or cancellations based on performance.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and open days while identifying new opportunities to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure recruitment portals, communication methods, and processes comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and secure candidate databases and oversee reporting on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Support performance management, talent development, training coordination, manpower planning, and adherence to corporate policies across the HC function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in retail.
- Strong retail market knowledge with a results-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
