About the Role

We are a multicultural technology product software company withteam in Dubai, Poland and working remotely.

AsHRBusiness Partner,you'llplay a pivotal role in scaling our organizationты through a period of significant growth and transformation. This is a strategic role that requires equalpartsbusiness acumen, operational excellence, and peoplesexpertiseto drive real impact.

You'llpartner directly with department heads and senior leaders as we continue to requieren the business. Your ability to quickly understand different business functions, their unique challenges, and pressures will be essential to earning credibility and influencing outcomes. Whether supporting leaders through organizational restructures, helping them build teams for new strategic initiatives, or coaching them through difficult talent decisions,you'llneed to connect business strategy topeoplestrategy seamlessly.

This means understanding what drives performance indifferent functions, how to structure roles and teams for scale, and how toretaincritical talent in a competitive SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as trusted advisor to leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent decisions
  • Use metrics to identify trends in retention, performance, and engagement; drive action plans
  • Scale people programs that support rapid growth without sacrificing quality

HR Operations

  • Own end to end employee lifecycle processes from hire toexit
  • With your extensive knowledge of the UAE Labour law ensure all employee processes and experience is compliant
  • Ensure flawless execution of HR policies, compliance requirements, and documentation
  • Drive data accuracy in HRIS; generate insights that inform business decisions

Onboarding & Integration

  • Design and deliver onboarding experiences that accelerate timetoproductivity
  • Partner with managers to ensure new hires have clear 30-60-90 day success metrics
  • Track and optimize onboarding effectiveness through retention and engagement data

Performance & OKR Management

  • Lead quarterly OKR calibration and goal setting processes across assigned teams
  • Coach managers on delivering effective feedback and conducting performance conversations
  • Manage performance review cycles; identify top performers and address underperformance proactively
Requirements
  • 5+ years HRBP experience, preferably in fast growing SaaS/technology environment
  • Extensive UAE Labor law knowledge
  • Proven track record implementing performance management and OKR frameworks
  • Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and தாக்க process improvement skills
  • Data driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with HR analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management; can influence without authority
  • Experience with modern HRIS platforms (Rippling, Bamboo

    HR, Workday, etc.)
