Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive offshore Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across technical, operations, and corporate roles. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job boards, Linked In, databases, and passive sourcing methods
- Screen candidates via resume review and initial interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines
- Draft and post job advertisements aligned with hiring needs
- Communicate consistently with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support offer processes, reference checks, and hiring documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (offshore or agency experience preferred)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple open roles
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working US business hours
- Experience recruiting for technical, construction, engineering, or skilled-trade roles is a strong plus
