Human Resources Officer - Site Project

HR Officer to be based on a construction project site. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, and compliance with company policies and local labor laws, ensuring smooth HR functioning at site level.

• site-based HR operations including attendance, timesheets, and leave management
• mobilization and demobilization of site staff and workers
• employee records
  , contracts, visas, and labor documentation
• support recruitment and onboarding for site manpower as required
• ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
  , company policies, and site regulations
• coordinate with PRO for visas, medicals, Emirates , and labor permits
• employee grievances
  , disciplinary matters, and site HR issues
• support payroll inputs related to site staff (attendance, overtime, deductions)

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or site projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
• Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a site environment
