HR Manager; Emiratization

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Lead performance management, learning & development, and succession planning
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and people matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience working closely with senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
