Public Relation Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Public Relation Officer to manage and coordinate relations with government authorities, ensuring compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and visa regulations
. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling paperwork, tracking renewals, and interacting with authorities under supervision.

• Manage and coordinate relations with government authorities, including labor, immigration, and visa departments
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and visa rules
• Handle paperwork, documentation, and tracking of renewals for employees and the organization
• Interact with government agencies, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Meet deadlines and follow up with government agencies to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance

• Bachelors degree (Graduation) in a relevant field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in UAE, preferably in a similar role or industry
• Thorough knowledge and experience in handling paperwork, documentation, and interacting with government authorities
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and visa rules
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and follow up with government agencies
• Bilingual (English + Arabic) is highly preferred
