Navado Talent are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, who is experienced in technology recruitment with a proven background in managing the full 360 perm recruitment cycle, to join a mature and well-established agency in central Dubai.

This is the ideal role for a Principal Recruiter or Senior Recruiter looking for their next career move. You must have experience within either the tech or digital market, have previous perm recruitment experience and understand how to build a desk. You will still be a hands on biller that is looking to progress into management.

This role will be working directly reporting into the MD and founder who will develop you into a Manager/Leader. You will also benefit from support and guidance from the internal Learning and Development function to aid you in your continued skills growth and have a career pathway to Management laid out from day one.

• A successful track record in permanent recruitment ideally within the IT sector, whether 360 or previous delivery
• Able to work across a large number of clients with the ability to juggle a number of vacancies and still deliver quality
