Key Responsibilities
* Own full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law.
* Advise leadership and employees on HR matters with clarity and discretion.
* Drive talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
* Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
* Support organization-wide growth, transformation, and change programs.## Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR leader in the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and contemporary HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
