Key Responsibilities
* Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
* Greet guests by name, escort them to their rooms, and ensure they feel welcome.
* Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization, assisting with guest inquiries and requests.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services.
* Administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with policies and procedures.## Requirements
* Ideally, have a diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in Front Office.
* Good command of English and additional skills in guest service and interpersonal relations.
* Fluent/Native German speaker is required.
* Complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
