ABOUT THE FUNCTIONThis function is to ensure exceptional Dining Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless dining experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our restaurants, by delighting them from welcome until farewell.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED- Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in Hospitality industry.
- Minimum 7 years’ in progressively more responsible F&B operations roles / similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
- Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
- Proven multi-disciplinary experience.
- Expert F&B operations and product knowledge.
- Completion of projects on time
