We are seeking a dedicated and versatile House Cook to join our household in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing daily meals for approximately 10 people, ensuring nutritious, well-balanced, and enjoyable food for everyone in the home. All ingredients will be provided, so you can focus fully on cooking and meal preparation.

Aside from cooking, you will also be responsible for keeping the villa clean and organized, including regular cleaning and tidying of the living areas. This is a live-in role, so you will stay in the house and take on both cooking and basic housekeeping duties. If you enjoy cooking, keeping a home in good order, and helping create a comfortable and welcoming environment, this role may be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook daily meals for a household of 10, focusing on nutrition, and taste to ensure that every meal is enjoyable and satisfying.

Plan weekly menus based on dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients, allowing for creativity and variety in meal preparation while managing grocery shopping effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards, which is vital for ensuring a safe cooking environment and food quality.

Manage pantry inventory, including stocking up on essential ingredients and disposing of expired items, ensuring that the kitchen is always ready for meal preparation.

Perform regular cleaning tasks throughout the villa, ensuring all areas, especially the kitchen and dining spaces, are tidy.

Wash dishes and kitchen utensils promptly after use, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to facilitate efficient cooking and meal service.

Handle laundry and other household cleaning tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the home and enhancing the living environment for the family.

Communicate effectively with team regarding meal preferences and any special dietary requirements, ensuring that everyone’s needs are met and satisfied.
