Key Responsibilities
* Promote a helpful and professional image to the client.
* Ensure guest requirements are handled immediately with speed and efficiency.
* Control departmental expenses through proper analysis and planning.
* Review in-house guest lists and be familiar with guest preferences.
* Assist Team Leaders in documenting guest requests and updating profiles.
* Maintain awareness of competitor’s services and rate structures.## Requirements
* Degree in the hospitality field.
* Previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Immaculate personal presentation.
* Computer literacy and knowledge of Opera.
