Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Hostess role based in Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires clear communication with both guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in managing reservations and maintaining organization in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in customer service and expertise in phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and poise
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor
  • Previous hospitality or front‑of‑house experience is preferred
