About the ClientAn ultra-luxury beachfront landmark in Dubai offering an elite lifestyle ecosystem of bespoke residences and world-class wellness amenities.
Job Description- Ensure all guest and resident amenities are maintained to exceptional luxury standards at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections, water testing, and stock replenishment across pools, gyms, and spa facilities.
- Manage towel supply, collection, and coordination of laundering services.
- Support wellness activities and events through timely setup and breakdown of equipment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or high-end residential environment
- Basic AV system knowledge (cinema rooms, sound systems, screens, equipment setup)
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance, aligned with luxury service standards
- Friendly, proactive, and confident in assisting residents with amenities and facilities
