A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer for the Front Office team. You will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the Reception in the Rooms Division. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
