Corporate Waitress- VIP Office; Russian Speaker

Role Purpose

• We are seeking a highly professional and well-trained Corporate Waitress with a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality background to support our senior stakeholders and VIP guests within a corporate office environment.
• This role is not restaurant-based; it is a premium office hospitality position, requiring discretion, polished etiquette, and the ability to manage high-profile guests with confidence and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet VIP guests, senior stakeholders, and business partners with warmth, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
• Provide high-standard food and beverage service during meetings, board discussions, and executive visits
• Ensure guests feel personally attended to, comfortable, and respected at all times
• Serve refreshments with proper fine-dining etiquette, presentation, and timing
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with senior leadership and visitors
• Coordinate closely with the Office Manager to understand daily schedules, guest requirements, and special arrangements
• Maintain pantry, meeting rooms, and service areas to impeccable corporate standards
• Anticipate guest needs proactively and respond promptly without being intrusive
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance standards at all times

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality, or executive lounge environment
• Must be a Native Russian Speaker
• Formal training in hospitality service standards and etiquette
• Prior experience serving VIPs, senior executives, or high-net-worth clients
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Calm, composed, and respectful demeanor
• Strong understanding of corporate etiquette and professional boundaries
