A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to anticipate and meet guest needs with high standards of service. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in hotel front office operations and strong customer service skills, fluency in English and Arabic being a significant advantage. Candidates need to be flexible with shifts, including weekends. Knowledge of Ms Office and Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
