The F&B Waiter, in coordination with the Supervisor, is responsible for delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction in line with ME Dubai Standards. The role requires adaptability across various sub-departments and responsibilities, including performing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and proactively anticipating guest needs. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential when interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
The ideal candidate demonstrates product knowledge, upselling abilities, and a commitment to high-quality service while minimizing wastage and supporting marketing and inventory activities. Punctuality, grooming, adherence to health and safety standards, and flexibility in responding to departmental needs are mandatory, as is alignment with ME s brand values and participation in training sessions.
