• Attend all laundry and dry-cleaning operations, following the hotel standards and procedures.
• Follow the linen and uniforms laundry flows and to respect the established cycles and instructions.
• Have a full knowledge of all the textiles and their proper care.
• Use all the machines and equipment with proper knowledge, care and maintenance.
• Handle and store chemicals with proper care, and to use correct formulas, following all healthy and safety regulations.
• Immediately report to superior any damage or malfunctioning in the laundry equipment or operations, including linen and uniforms status.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area and stores.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
• Participate in monthly inventories.
• Follow up daily check lists.
• Report any guest comment or complaint.
• Read and complete the laundry logbooks and reports.

• At least 1 years’ experience in the position
• Languages:
  
  good spoken English.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
