Our client is looking to hire an Arabic speaking housekeeping attendant cum butler for their private villa in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning & Maintenance:
    • Clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel or property standards.
    • Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as required.
  • General Cleaning:
    • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
    • Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, malfunctioning appliances).
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Guest Assistance:
    • Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and escort them to their rooms.
    • Handle luggage, unpack for guests, and provide personalized room setup.
  • Personalized Guest Service:
    • Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored experience.
    • Provide wake-up calls, morning coffee, or tea, and evening turndown service.
    • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience as a housekeeper, butler, or in hospitality roles.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and providing personalized service.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy for guests.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle guest issues and requests quickly and effectively.
