As a Head Hostess at Wavehouse, you will use your charm to carry out a natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. You will demonstrate your effective communication skills, customer service skills and your efficiency as a team player by working closely with the Bar and Dining area team. You will have the opportunity to be part of the best restaurants, bars and pubs and showcase your ability to work positively in a fast‑paced environment.

We also make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine‑tuning your food and beverage acumen.

Ideally, we’d love you to have international exposure in a related field or 2‑year experience worked in a luxury hotel and restaurant.
