A leading hotel group in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest services and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inquiries and complaints, coordinating with departments, and implementing guest satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate has a diploma in hospitality and 5-7 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment. A good command of communication skills and previous experience in Front Office services is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates who speak Turkish.
