Responsibilities- The F&B Waiter, in coordination with the Supervisor, is responsible for delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction in line with ME Dubai Standards.
- Adapts to requirements across various sub-departments and responsibilities, including performing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and proactively anticipating guest needs.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Shows product knowledge, upselling abilities, and a commitment to high-quality service while minimizing wastage and supporting marketing and inventory activities.
- Maintains punctuality, grooming, adherence to health and safety standards, and flexibility in responding to departmental needs; aligns with MEās brand values and participates in training sessions.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
