Key Responsibilities
* Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
* Greet guests by name, if known, and escort them to their room.
* Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services.
* Administer Front Desk cashiering standards.
* Process accounts from check-in to check-out.## Requirements
* Degree in hospitality.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* Computer literate; experience with Opera is an advantage.
