Assistant Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join at a 4 Star Hotel in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within our company.

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to guests and adhere to company standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and waste, to ensure profitability.
• Create and implement promotions and events to attract and retain customers.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall bar performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the bar's offerings and operations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Basic Salary: AED 4000/
