As a Sushi Sous Chef, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing all sushi operations to the highest standards, ensuring proper hygiene, sanitation, and inter‑departmental coordination. You will supervise and motivate staff and enforce service‑standard procedures.
About You- Diploma in Catering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a 5‑star international chain.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position or higher.
