Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Banquet Leader to guide, inspire, and lead the banquet department at our property, delivering outstanding events and exceptional guest service.

  • Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions.
  • Analyze market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Ensure seamless daily operations across banquet setup, service execution, and breakdown for all events.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Accor brand standards.
  • Regularly review guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate event details with clients, sales teams, chefs, and service staff.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule banquet staff to ensure proper coverage and service quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet operations management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, wines, and mixology.
  • Proficiency in financial management, revenue analysis, and budgeting.
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
