We are currently seeking a Russian-speaking Lobby Ambassador to join our esteemed team at one of Abu Dhabi's premier hotel chains. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for all visitors.

** Responsibilities:**

- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel lobby

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously

- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing directions

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the lobby area

** Requirements:**

- Fluency in Russian language is essential

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus

- Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
