- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate poolside events, promotions, and special occasions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests.
- Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the pool and bar facilities are well-maintained.
- Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity of assets.
- Budgeting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets for the pool and bar operations.
- Monitor expenses and work towards achieving financial targets.
