• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Perform check‑in, check‑out, and reservation procedures efficiently

• Manage guest accounts, billing, and payments with accuracy

• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs (e.g., housekeeping, concierge)

• Handle guest feedback, complaints, or emergencies with empathy and discretion

• Maintain front desk security and confidential guest information

• Monitor lobby cleanliness and presentation

• Support guest arrivals and departures including luggage assistance

• Upsell rooms and services based on guest preferences and availability

• Fluency in Chinese is essential;
  English proficiency is preferred

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for customer service and teamwork

• High standards of personal grooming and hygiene

• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
