Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between therapists and guests.
- Handle billing, payments, and accurate posting of charges.
- Maintain a calm, serene, and professional spa environment at all times.
- Address guest requests, feedback, and concerns with efficiency and discretion.
- Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist in a 5-star luxury hotel/resort is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.
- Proficiency in using spa management or hotel reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
