Restaurant Manager | Members-Only Luxury Hotel
We are currently recruiting two experienced Restaurant Managers to join Rufescent, a private, members-only hotel in Dubai, serving an elite and highly demanding clientele.

This is not a training or step-up position. We are looking for managers who are already operating at a very high level and are fully comfortable with luxury service standards, pressure, and accountability.
Key requirements:- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in high-end standalone restaurants and/or luxury hotels
- Strong understanding of fine service standards and guest experience
- Excellent floor leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage operations, staffing, service flow, and guest relations
- Strong control of costs, upselling, and revenue performance
- Confident handling of VIP and high-profile clientele
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar managerial role
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined
- Calm under pressure with a strong sense of ownership
- Hands‑on leader, present on the floor
- Used to working with well‑travelled, high‑expectation guests
