Housekeeping Attendant – The First Group Hospitality

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our upscale properties.

• Attend morning/evening briefings at the start of each shift.
• Collect and return section keys and room reports from the housekeeping office.
• Clean assigned rooms thoroughly, arrange furnishings, and replenish linen and guest supplies.
• Inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures; report any damage to the supervisor.
• Inform Order Taker / Floor Supervisor of any missing/broken items.
• Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests and queries.
• Coordinate with Valet Service for guest laundry, dry cleaning or pressing.
• Operate safely and environmentally responsibly, protecting guests, staff, and the environment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as per daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping schedules.
• Clean staircases, corridors, windows and pantry areas on assigned floors.
• Store and maintain all equipment in proper place; keep pantries organized.
• Focus on high‑traffic areas such as guest elevators and ashtrays.
• Restock trolleys and pantries for the next day.
• Participate actively in training sessions provided by the hotel and department.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately and assist with preventive maintenance programmes.
• Perform additional duties in laundry and public areas as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in 4‑ or 5‑star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
