Smart Stay is a holiday homes company that offers luxury furnished apartments in prime locations like Downtown Dubai. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and reliability to our clients. As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Attendant.
The RoleThe primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Attendant is to maintain the apartments' cleanliness, hygiene, and outstanding presentation of our apartments. This role is central to providing guests with a pleasant and memorable stay, ensuring each property meets Smart Stay's exceptional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as changing bed linens, replacing towels, and replenishing guest supplies.
- Inspect apartments for damages and report any issues.
- Communicate and follow protocols for lost and found items.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize cleaning tasks and meet deadlines.
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all assigned apartments.
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotel, or holiday home environments is preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to use mobile apps for following up on checklists and reporting maintenance issues.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Must be available to start immediately.
