Experience

  • Strong knowledge with proven experience in governance and organizational development in the public sector, preferred in the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector and its future directions and understanding of relevant local and federal laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of the different international standards and best practices in governance and organizational development.
  • Effective and professional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Corporate understanding and knowledge of work in government entities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational assessment, report writing and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing training material, conducting training and knowledge transfer.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English readying and writing and speaking (a must).
  • Master’s degree in business administration and management, governance and organizational development or other related fields preferred in the healthcare sector.
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience in related fields
  • Objectives

    The specialist will liaise with the subject matter experts, official seniors and managers, legal advisors, external and internal stakeholders, strategic partners and intersect oral bodies to ensure that the mentioned tasks and responsibilities are conducted in a comprehensive and timely manner and based on international best practices to support the achievement of the following objectives, but not limited to:

  • Enforce strong governance and accountability model
  • Improve the governance of committees and teams
  • Improve the level of Governance awareness and maturity within the entity.
  • Add value expertise in terms of Governance and Organizational development
  • Ensure effective implementation of the organization structure and mandates by the organization units.
  • Prevent duplication of the tasks and responsibilities between the organizational units and committees and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local and federal laws, regulations and legislations
  • Ensure effective and efficient implementation of related initiatives/programs/tasks according the department’s annual operational plan in a timely manner.
