Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals. As a Medical Representative, your goal will be to increase product awareness, answer queries, and provide advice to doctors and pharmacists. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key medical contacts and ensuring they are knowledgeable about our product offerings.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, be energetic, and demonstrate the ability to manage a territory effectively.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase product awareness among healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team on a regular basis.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and professionals to promote product offerings.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations to medical staff and support them with needed information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
• Organize and attend medical conferences, symposiums, and workshops as a company representative.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and reporting back to management with insights.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to align activities and strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely reports and feedback to the management team as required.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the product portfolio and continually stay updated on new developments.
• Assist in the gathering of market and customer information to aid company sales strategy.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines while promoting company products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical products, with a keen eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to interpret and present scientific data to healthcare professionals competently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software beneficial.
