We are searching for the best talent for MEA Commercial Project Coordinator - Dubai, UAE

Purpose:

The Commercial Project Coordinator delivers day‑to‑day commercial back‑office and operational services for Vision Care MEA. Responsibilities include PO processing and vendor governance, distributor onboarding and ICD portal management, copy clearance workflow and Veeva submissions, HCC and customer‑complaint support, and delivery of the annual samples program. The role establishes the operating rhythm for the franchise, maintains the centralized collateral library and one‑stop shop for assets, and partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, PED, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Medical/Regulatory teams to ensure compliant execution.

You will be responsible for
:

Procurement & vendor management

  • Compliantly raise and close purchase orders (POs).
  • Manage new vendor creation, vendor extensions and regular vendor governance tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendor and procurement inquiries related to Vision Care.

Programs, processes & governance

  • Set up and maintain the operating rhythm, governance, and meeting cadence for Vision Care MEA.
  • Manage and deliver the annual samples process (planning, approvals, distribution tracking and reconciliation).
  • Measure, analyze and report on process metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Cross Functional Support:

  • Veeva submission process
  • Event Management
  • Work in close cooperation with Commercial, Marketing, PED, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Medical/Regulatory teams to align processes and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain a “one‑stop shop” for key portfolios (internal presentations, external presentations, marketing tools) and ensure document version control.

HCC / compliance / Customer complaint

  • HCC support to Sales Force for day to day HCC activities
  • Customer Complaint process
  • Manage post‑HCC activity documentation and archiving.
  • Reporting of Brand Protection cases

Commercial back‑office operations

  • Maintain a centralized commercial collateral library; ensure all collateral is copy‑approved, up‑to‑date and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Manage International Contract Data (ICD) portal for MEA contracts.
  • Manage end‑to‑end distributor lifecycle: onboarding, contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Provide timely distributor‑related documentation and support to the commercial organization.

Other

  • Event Management
  • Travel related support to GM & Line Manager
  • Deliver additional tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • BA/BS required (Business, Marketing or similar)
  • Fluent English written & Spoken. Additional regional language(s) (e.g., Arabic, Turkish, German, French) desirable.
