Treatment Facilitator & Network Specialist
Location :
Dubai UAE
We are looking for a Treatment Facilitator & Network Specialist to support the coordination and delivery of patient treatment services. This role works closely with healthcare providers and patients to ensure treatment plans are executed effectively and adjusted based on progress.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans in coordination with healthcare providers and patients
- Coordinate treatment services to ensure timely and efficient program delivery
- Conduct patient assessments and track treatment progress
- Adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external healthcare partners
- Support network coordination to ensure continuity of care
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare coordination, treatment facilitation, or a similar role
- Arabic speaking (mandatory or strong preference)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow up effectively
- Patient-focused approach with attention to detail
