- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Sound understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices is needed.
