We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our clients team at a prestigious recreational club in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing monitoring and improving health safety and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
- Develop implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices across all club activities including sports leisure and food & beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality Civil Defense and other regulatory authorities
. - Investigate and report accidents incidents and near misses recommending preventive measures.
- Maintain HSE documentation permits and records for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure effective crisis management planning
.
- 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Quality assurance Food safety audit or consulting experience.
- Food safety certifications such as HACCP is mandatory.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory.
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Health or related field.
