- Provide specialist assessment and treatment plans for patients with tissue viability needs.
- Advise and support nursing teams on wound care best practices.
- Develop and implement policies and protocols related to tissue viability.
- Deliver education and training sessions for staff on wound management and prevention strategies.
- Monitor and audit wound care practices to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent);
Masters or post graduate study highly preferred - Valid DHA license or eligibility.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tissue viability or wound care.
- Strong knowledge of pressure ulcer prevention and advanced wound management techniques.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
