Main Purpose of JobLead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient‑centric and evidence‑based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences.
Key Responsibility Areas- Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team.
- Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.
- Develop employees and create an environment for team engagement to ensure a positive patient care experience.
- Manage allocated clinical and non‑clinical resources cost‑effectively and efficiently to enhance safe patient care.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to facilitate continuous quality improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized or accredited Nursing Institute.
Required Experience- At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic.
- At least 2 years of senior nursing experience.

RequiredJob Skills and Knowledge
- Implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process: assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards.
- Application of the nursing scope of practice according to the regulatory framework.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Financial management principles.
- Risk management principles, systems and best practice.
- Stock control principles and management.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
