What You Will Do:
- Ensure bi weekly/monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events & Product Managers.
- HCP Contract Process Management.
- HCP Faculty Relations Management – working with marketing & events team.
- Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.
- Ensuring Divisional Needs Assessment is prepared, approved & followed.
- Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities & relations in guidance with compliance rules
- Support with KPI management for the manager.
- Support with continuous process and tools improvement reviews.
- College/B.S. degree equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in events management, Medical education or relevant experience in corporate companies.
- Fluency in local language as well as English.
- Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceuticalcompany.
- Knowledge of Med Tech Europe Compliance.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience with contract management and processing.
